Seeing his success helping others purchase and sell their homes, it was a no-brainer when it came to reaching out to Brett to help me find my new home to start my new life in NJ. Brett was incredibly informative and helpful through the entire process. He was very patient and was able to take my needs vs wants lists and consolidate them into what he knew would be best for me. He gave invaluable advice when it came to negotiations and encouraged when I was getting discouraged with the process. He knowledge of wells and septic tanks was incredible. I couldn't ask for a better partner in this entire process of finding a home that would be perfect for me. The entire experience was made enjoyable thanks to the dedication of Brett and his team. I appreciate the valuable insight he was able to go and his honestly when he wanted to check with his team on items that he wasn't 100% sure on. I can't thank him enough for everything he did for me!

Seller reviewI live in Florida and would travel every 3-4 weeks to take care of the house but for the most part, I relied on Brett for everything. He met with inspectors. Came by the house to do small repairs, take out the trash, etc. He would bring in the mail. He went to Lowe's to buy new smoke detectors and fire extinguishers when I bought the wrong ones. He was the epitome of customer service and certainly is a hands on agent. Living out of state I really relied on Brett for everything. Also, I live in a different time zone and Brett never once seemed to mind taking late calls or being available around my schedule. Honestly, he was the best thing about the sale of this house and the only reason it sold so quickly. He made all of it as easy as he could for me and I am eternally grateful! Brett made the whole experience as seamless and easy as possible. He truly is the best!

Buyer reviewBrett's responsiveness early on and all throughout the process was highly influential in our decision. Brett was great to work with and he helped us navigate the real-estate waters of NJ. We told Brett up front that we were looking in South Jersey and in Pennsylvania and this did not affect his professionalism one bit. He never pressured us, but rather was proactive in sending us listings, guiding us through the towns, and working with us on multiple showings over several months. The home we purchased with Brett's help is one that we are already in love with as we are also with the area. Brett was a pleasure to work with in our search for our new home. Brett would return my emails, texts and phone calls typically within minutes. His willingness to set up showings sometimes with only a few hours notice was also extremely helpful. We found Brett's knowledge of the area as well as his knowledge of various south-Jersey home nuances to be helpful.
